Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your artwork and feel confident ordering from our studio. Because each piece is made to order, please review the details below before purchasing.


Made-to-Order Artwork

All prints are produced to order, and framed pieces are custom assembled specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please double-check sizing, framing options, and descriptions before placing your order. If you have questions, we’re always happy to help before purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a defect, we will make it right.

To report an issue:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Attach clear photos of:

    • The artwork

    • The packaging

    • The damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us and we’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Color & Appearance

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions. These variations are a normal part of viewing artwork digitally and are not considered defects.


Refunds

Approved refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original payment method once the issue has been confirmed.
