RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Each Helli Luck Studio reproduction is printed to order using the material, size, and specifications selected by the customer. Because production begins specifically for each order, printed artwork is generally considered final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other personal preference.

Please review the artwork, dimensions, material, shipping address, and other order details carefully before completing your purchase. Contact the studio before ordering if you would like assistance choosing an appropriate size or material.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact sophie@helliluckstudio.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but cancellation or modification is not guaranteed. Once production has begun, an order generally cannot be changed or canceled.

CUSTOM AND FRAMED ORDERS

Custom-sized, personalized, altered, and framed artwork is produced specifically for the customer and is final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except when they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order placed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly. We ask that visible shipping damage or order errors be reported within seven days of delivery whenever possible so that we can pursue any available carrier or production claim.

Please include:

1. Your order number.

2. A description of the problem.

3. Photographs of the entire artwork.

4. Close-up photographs of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

5. Photographs of the exterior and interior packaging.

6. A photograph of the shipping label.

Keep the artwork and all original packaging until we provide further instructions. The carrier or production partner may require the packaging when reviewing a claim.

After reviewing the information, we may offer an appropriate replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and subject to applicable law.

COLOR AND APPEARANCE VARIATIONS

We make every effort to represent each artwork accurately. However, computer screens and mobile devices display color differently. Fine-art paper, canvas, printing processes, lighting, and surrounding colors can also affect the appearance of the finished artwork.

Minor variations in color, texture, scale, cropping, or appearance that are consistent with the product description and selected material do not necessarily constitute damage or a defect.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Do not ship artwork back to Helli Luck Studio or a production partner without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and might not qualify for a replacement or refund.

If a return is authorized, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging unless we direct otherwise.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

When a return is approved because an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Helli Luck Studio will provide instructions regarding return shipping.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are otherwise nonrefundable unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by Helli Luck Studio.

APPROVED REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank, credit-card company, or payment provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s financial institution after the refund has been submitted.

LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

Lost, delayed, or missing shipments are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Please contact us if tracking indicates a delivery problem or if an order is marked delivered but cannot be located.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
